No stranger to the Singapore F&B scene, Trisha (known better as Taco to most) started her career working at cafes before finding a home at the famed 28 Hong Kong St. in 2014 as a waitress. After taking a short break in 2016 to further her studies in Perth, Trisha returned to Singapore to begin her bartending career in 2020 with the Sago House group. Recognised by her approachable and friendly personality, Trisha is a creative and diligent bartender who has a penchant for savoury cocktails.
